I have updated to version 2.o of the Gimbse Camera App. Now the app cannot be opened anymore, how can I proceed?

Compared to the last version, version 2.0 has been greatly enhanced and programmed almost from scratch. Although the update has been tested on many devices, unexpected conflicts may occur, for example in the settings. Proceed as follows to install the update to Gimbse 2.0
1) Remove the Gimbse app from your iPhone or iPad.
2) Reload the app from the App Store. Reloading is free of charge, as the app has been paid before.
3) Install Gimbse and confirm the terms and conditions as well as access to the camera and photo library.

I accidentally denied access to my camera or photo library when installing the Gimbse Camera App. Now the app does not start anymore or crashes. What can I do?

If access to the camera or photo library is denied once during installation, conflicts will occur during the installation routine. To install the Gimbse Camera app, follow these steps
1) Remove the Gimbse app from your iPhone or iPad.
2) Reload the app from the App Store. Reloading is free of charge, as the app has been paid before.
3) Install Gimbse and confirm the terms and conditions as well as access to the camera and photo library.
